It’s always a bit scary venturing into new areas of your business. I just want to send you a quick letter to say thank you. Your sales and service department were fantastic. Not once did I feel pressured to buy a system from your company. In the process of getting information on the hardware and software, my proposals had to be changed a number of times, and your sales rep never once complained or said no. He gave me his honest opinion on the equipment which I would need. If my sales rep was unavailable to talk to me, another rep would answer my question.
All of you made sure that any of my questions were answered promptly and honestly. Once I received that system, I had a few questions, and a rep took care of those answers very quickly.
Also, I ran out of receipt paper so I went to my local Office Depot store to pick some up quickly. I should have known better, the paper at Office Depot was $2.89 per roll, your paper was $1.70. Just like my customers who come into my store realize, the small business is either less expensive or equal to the Big Box Stores.
