Standard Care Tech Support(1) and a Complimentary Introductory Training DVD(2) with every Complete POS System we sell and set up! We only offer thoroughly tested, high quality equipment and software and have the best Technicians in the industry, so you can rest assured that the implementation of you new POS System will be as pain-free as possible. We even offer a variety of extended Support and Warranty plans that account for After Hours Technical Support issues(3) to keep your business running 24 hours a day, 7 Days a week!
What tools and services are available to help me get up and running fast?
We only offer the most reliable, easy to use Restaurant and Retail POS Software in the industry, but we realize that the learning curve on a new POS System can often be steep. That's why with every Complete POS System we set up we give you a Free!! Comprehensive Introductory Training DVD to make sure that you won't be left in the dark. This will assure that you remember how to make your own changes in the system and give your staff consistent information regarding the systems intended uses. Most customers find that purchasing additional LiveTime Training or Upgrading to another Support Plan is helpful. Our friendly and experienced technicians have taught thousands of classes, so you'll be sure to learn your new Point of Sale System quickly and thoroughly with just a few hours of training!
How does POS Nation define the difference between Training and Technical Support?
Sometimes it can be difficult to get an immediate answer to a question with your POS System. What if you don't have a support plan and you need an answer fast? The answer is the access to the Online Knowledge Base. With the purchase of a complete POS System you receive access to the Find solutions portion of the Knowledge Base. There are also setup and training items that can be found on the Online Knowledge Base. Access to the full suite is granted by purchasing access ($199) or purchasing the Business Class or Premier Support plan.
How does POS Nation define the difference between Training and Technical Support?
Please make note that our Free Standard Technical Support offering does not include Training or Customization related services. Break-Fix Technical Support is defined as "services provided in an attempt to solve customer specific problems with a product. Standard Technical Support, again, does not include training customers on software or hardware functionality or any other hardware or software issue where there is not a non-user related error. Our Training Classes and DVDs are intended to provide an overview of the POS System and Software and can be directed in any way the customer chooses. The purpose of Standard Technical Support is to assist in troubleshooting system errors, not to provide assistance with using or learning the POS System or Software. Training Classes must be scheduled 24 hours in advance in order to allow our Technicians to dedicate the appropriate amount of time for each class. As mentioned above we do offer Business Class and Premium Support plans that include items such as training instances and even 24/7 support..
Does POS Nation offer Technical Support after my initial 12-months are up?
Yes! We are happy to provide Technical Support for as long as you have your POS System. However, after your 12 months of Free Technical Support expires, we do require the purchase of one of the above Training and Support Packages prior to providing Technical Support. Why does POS Nation require the purchase of Hardware Setup to be eligible for 12 Months of Free Standard Technical Support and Free Training DVDs?
Because we are the best in the business at setting up and installing our POS Systems and cannot be held responsible for problems with systems we did not set up. Our goal is to help you keep your business running smoothly with minimal downtime. Let us handle the system set up and we'll stand by our work!

- Free Technical Support is exclusively offered with the purchase of any Complete POS System with System Setup (must include a minimum of one PC and one of our Retail / Restaurant software licenses). Free Technical Support is available from 9:30-5:30 EST, M-F, excludes holidays, and is good for 12 months from the date of the original invoice.
- Training DVD's are only available with Cash Register Express and Aldelo for Restaurants. We do substitute on most purchases a free live introductory training class.
