Whenever you buy a complete POS System at POS Nation a Standard 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty is included in the price of the system. In the rare event of an equipment malfunction; customers with the standard depot warranty must obtain a warranty repair authorization through the manufacturer. POS Nation will assist in the administration of the warranty with the Manufacturer during the life of the warranty.
This means that the business is at the mercy of the manufacturer's timetable, which can be up to 90 days. Unfortunately, the customer would be responsible for shipping charges in this situation as well. This process can be distressing.
We want our customers to rest easy when they purchase a pos system from POS Nation. POS Nation's Urgent Care Warranty is Next Business Day replacement of the POS System's parts. This can be purchased at the time of initial sale and is renewable annually for up to 5 years. As a bonus, offer Urgent Care Warranty for 30 days from the purchase date. Should a malfunction occur during the first 30 days and the item shows no signs of mishandling, and all the packaging materials are in tact, POS Nation will perform a swap with the customer. We will also pay all shipping charges and provide return labels for the malfunctioning unit.
