Aldelo Systems offers 30 days of complimentary technical support and upgrade service for all new customers. Once this 30 days free service period expires, we encourage our customers to carry the Aldelo Annual Support & Upgrade Contract.

The annual support plan offers technical support service 6 AM - 8 PM PST on weekdays, and 9 AM - 6 PM PST on weekends. Support can also be obtained by phone or email. As a valid support contract holder, you will also be able to download latest software upgrades free of charge. Additionally, customers with valid support plan can also gain access to Aldelo's secured web resources anytime. Best of all, the annual support plan is just little over one dollar per day.
