Get what you would expect out of you POS system. When a customer calls, your caller ID box will automatically display the phone number, if that customer has eaten with you before, the system will display

  • Name and address of the customer
  • The date of their last order
  • Average order
  • Any notes on this customer
  • Map with directions (if you have Microsoft MapPoint installed) or just a map (with Microsoft Streets & Trips)
  • Total orders
