Integrated card transaction processing helps reduce data re-entry at the POS and helps facilitate easier reporting and transaction reconciliation at the end of the month, as shown here for Microsoft Dynamics RMS. When you or your customers swipe a card, the credit card information is sent to the processing bank and they return a response message and approval code which is stored in Microsoft Dynamics RMS.
