Available only in the United States, this solution eliminates the need for card payment terminals or third-party software, helping reduce costs and ensure efficient, security-enhanced payment transactions.

Integrated card transaction processing helps reduce data re-entry at the POS and helps facilitate easier reporting and transaction reconciliation at the end of the month, as shown here for Microsoft Dynamics RMS. When you or your customers swipe a card, the credit card information is sent to the processing bank and they return a response message and approval code which is stored in Microsoft Dynamics RMS.

  • Accept debit cards from most customers. Microsoft provides a security-enhanced debit card feature that's available nationwide. Because online debit is PIN-based, using the feature requires certified PIN-pad hardware as well as Microsoft Dynamics RMS.
