Two additional levels of support

In addition to the maintenance plan purchased with each license sale, there are two additional levels of support available:

  1. No-charge business critical support and maintenance with license purchase to help meet customers' business needs in the event of an emergency:
    • No-charge business critical support during business hours when customers are on the latest version of the product
    • No-charge support related to problems with software quality
    • No-charge critical security fixes
  2. Easy pay-as-you-go support – Flex Support
    • Customers can purchase Flex Per-Incident Support and Flex 5-Pack Support and receive an efficient support experience.
    • Flex Support is ideal for customers with support needs that are not business critical, but require a more urgent response than what's available through self-support and newsgroup resources.

The combination of the annual maintenance plan purchased with your license, no-charge business critical support, and pay-as-you-go Flex Support, allow retail organizations to realize the full potential of their retail management investment.
