Salon Iris salon software has a powerful and simple appointment management capability. Creating or editing appointments is simple. Just double-click on the time slot in the appointment book, and Salon Iris will guide you through making the appointment. You can select times, services and employees that will take care of the client. Customizable color codes allow you to quickly view the times and employees available to service a client.

Salon Iris salon and spa management software also has an Employee Scheduling feature. Each employee's schedule can be entered and viewed in the appointment book. The Appointment Book can be sorted according to employee order and category (both customizable).

You can also choose whether to show 1 day, a few days, a week or a month at a time.

Multiple Employee Services Scheduling and Product Checkout On One Easy Screen

Salon Iris salon and spa software allows you to easily book multiple services with multiple employees on one screen. You can also check the client out and purchase products at the same screen.

When choosing services to perform, you first select an employee. Then only the services performed by that employee will be displayed for you to choose from.

Complete Warning System

Salon Iris salon software has an automatic warning system to help you avoid the following issues:

• Duplicate bookings, i.e. scheduling more than one appointment at the same time with the same employee
• Creating an appointment with an employee not scheduled to work at that time
• AM and PM warnings, so that a client has the correct AM or PM appointment
• Previous day

This feature can be disabled if you want to allow double bookings.

Search for Next Available Appointment

You can use the built-in search option to quickly find the next available appointment.

Recurring Appointments

Salon Iris salon management software also allows you to create standing (recurring) appointments. You can select recurring daily, weekly, or monthly appointments.
