A: Salon Iris salon software will communicate with your web site. Salon Iris salon software will receive the request for the appointment from your website and allow you to accept or reject the appointment request.

Q: How much does it cost?

If you decide you do not like it during that time, just cancel your account and you will not be billed for anything. Security

Q: How safe is the online appointment booking system? I do not want somebody having access to my customers' information.

A: Your web site does not contain any of your customers' information or sales information from your business. Your database is never transferred to the web site. The only basic information about days and times your employees are available to accept new appointments is displayed on your web site. This and other information (such as lists of products and services) can by hidden at any time.

Q: Can I set a password that my clients must enter before they can book an appointment request over the internet?

A: Yes. You can set a password in the Web Site Appearance feature of Salon Iris salon software. Your customers will have to enter this password before they can make an appointment request.

Integration

Q: I already have a web site. Can I use the online appointment booking and keep my current web site?

A: Yes. All you need to do is place a link on your web site to allow your customers to book online appointments.

Q: I already have my own domain. Can I use the online appointment booking with my own domain?

A: Yes. If you have web site hosting with your domain, then all you need to do is place a certain page from your MySalonOnline.com account in the root of your web site.
