This plan enables customers to access support 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It also gives Restaurant and Retail POS System users the ability have advanced training each month as well. Not only that, the Premium Plan includes services such as Anti-Virus Removal, System Restore, and Free Access to LiveTime Group Webinar trainings while the plan is active. These plans can be implemented at the time of purchase in lieu of the one year Standard Plan and even after the initial Standard subscription ends. We also have to mention that you will receive Lifetime access to the Online Knowledge Base FREE!! with the purchase of a Professional or Premium Support Plan.
