Premium Care takes that a step further to allow 24 Hour "Break-Fix" support and provide assistance for unforeseen system disruption events like virus removal and system restore assistance.
The highest level of service is our Total Care Package. This comprehensive care package will give you access to all the services we offer including onsite installation and custom programming when you purchase Total Care with your initial system build. The quarterly Health Check service will ease the burden of system maintenance by providing dialogue with a maintenance tech, event log monitoring, disk defrag and many, many more useful Health Check tools we have developed.
