We're here to help. Get started with CAP Support by following the steps below!
Download the CAP Support Client
Click on the picture to your right and select "Open", "Run" OR "Save" and then "Run"
Please make sure you are speaking on the phone with a technician before trying to connect.
If you have User Account Control turned on, select "Yes"
Click "Run"
Click "Run"
Double Click on the Technician you are working with.
Upload files to CAP Support. Download the Upload Client.
