Receive and return inventory by creating Purchase Orders within CRE. Ordering the correct amount of inventory can be a full time job on its own. Take the guesswork out of ordering inventory by using the Reorder Low Stock Item feature. Minimum and maximum order levels can be set and will automatically create a purchase order so you know exactly how many of each item needs to be ordered. Also, with POS Nation’s integrated payments, credit cards can easily be taken by swiping the card on the card reader that is attached to the all in one computer.
There is no need to worry if a customer forgot their money in the car. CRE’s ability to suspend sales will place orders on hold that can easily be retrieved. From there, items can then be charged to that customers account. At any time, you will be able to have a complete listing of any open and paid invoices from that customer.
When viewing the customers balance, the retail POS system will have the ability to accept payment by single or multiple invoices. Customers will have the ability to apply credits to their account as well. Time Clock Manager
