We even offer extended support and warranty plans that account for after-hours technical support issues to keep your business running 24/7.
While our free Standard Care support package includes Break-Fix technical support during business hours, please be aware that it does not include training. Break-Fix technical support is designed to solve a customer’s specific problems with a product. Our training classes, however, are intended to provide an overview of the POS system and software and can be directed in any way the customer chooses. Our Monthly Support plan includes unlimited training.
Yes! We are happy to provide technical support for as long as you have your POS system. However, after your three months of free technical support expire, we do require the purchase of our Monthly Support package, which starts at $39.99 per month and includes no long-term contract.
We require the purchase of a complete system because we are the best in the business at setting up and installing our POS systems. We cannot be held responsible for problems with systems we did not configure. Our goal is to help you keep your business running smoothly with minimal downtime. Let us handle the system setup and we'll stand by our work!
Each complete POS system purchased at POS Nation comes with our Standard Care support plan, which is three months of free Break-Fix technical support during regular business hours. We stand behind our POS system builds and configurations, but, since there are needs that push past the initial period's boundaries, you can also upgrade to our 24/7 support option.
The Monthly Support plan takes things one step further and covers the in-depth training needs a POS system or software customer may have. This plan enables customers to access support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and includes unlimited one-on-one training classes. In fact, the majority of customers go with our Monthly Support plan for their initial purchase in order to take advantage of the one-on-one training.
Whenever you buy a complete point of sale system at POS Nation, a standard manufacturer's warranty is included in the price of the system. Depending on the hardware package, the warranty could range from one to three years, or if you are renting your system, the package includes a lifetime warranty. This means that we will replace any hardware that becomes defective from normal usage within the specified time period after your initial purchase.
Additionally, if you happen to get a defective piece of hardware, we offer a complimentary next-day replacement within the first 30 days of ownership – we’ll even cover the cost of shipping!
All you need to do is provide us with an Excel file of your inventory. For each item, we can import name, description, UPC code, cost, price, and department. Most of the time, your vendors can even provide these Excel files if you don't have them handy.
